VIP & Institutional Onboarding Team leader

The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across various regions, collaborating with sales managers to communicate compliance requirements effectively, and working with compliance teams to enhance policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include partnering with product teams to improve user experience and system efficiency, creating Business Request Documents, and overseeing a team of compliance specialists.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the Banking industry, with a preference for Private Banking, Investment Banking, or Institutional Banking experience. Knowledge in offshore investment funds and complex organizational structures is essential, along with familiarity with screening tools and regulatory frameworks. The candidate should possess the ability to simplify complex compliance requirements, work efficiently under pressure, lead process improvement initiatives, conduct basic data analytics, and develop strategies based on research to enhance team performance.
