VIP Relationship Manager

At Crypto.com, the expanding VIP team is seeking a Relationship Manager to act as a dedicated partner and internal advocate for a portfolio of key clients. The ideal candidate will possess an innate understanding of clients' top priorities, focusing on discretion, anticipating needs, and taking proactive initiatives rather than offering reactive assistance. This role entails cultivating an in-depth knowledge of the client portfolio to enhance loyalty, as well as actively pursuing and securing new high-value business opportunities to broaden the ecosystem. Operating within a dynamic remote environment, the candidate will merge elite service standards with a startup growth mentality, directly shaping a premier VIP experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships for a designated group of high-value clients, serving as their internal advocate and primary liaison
• Move past reactive support by staying ahead of client requirements, providing swift, high-context responses that demonstrate a profound grasp of their objectives
• Offer personalized insights and market updates beyond basic platform tips to help clients navigate the ecosystem and heighten their commitment to the brand
• Proactively monitor assets under management and platform usage to mitigate retention risks and identify untapped growth opportunities
• Represent the brand at exclusive VIP events and activities to strengthen existing relationships and convert promising prospects into long-term clients
• Cultivate deep trust that naturally leads to referrals and network expansion, reinforcing our standing as an industry leader
• Collect and synthesize client feedback, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure our VIP offerings remain best-in-class

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of client-facing experience in Relationship Management, Sales, or Customer Success, with a proven track record in Crypto, Fintech, or the gaming/predictions sector
• Strong curiosity to understand clients' driving factors aligning the Crypto.com ecosystem with their long-term goals
• Motivated by results and adept at scaling a client portfolio, finding motivation in the fast-paced crypto market to convert complex client needs into successful partnerships
• Proactive approach, staying informed about market trends to provide valuable insights for enhancing engagement and portfolio growth
• Ability to leverage hospitality and events for meaningful connections and business development
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in response to the evolving industry landscape

Overall salary: $80,000 - $110,000 annually
