VIP Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager for VIP clients at Crypto.com, you will play a key role in acquiring and maximizing the value of high-volume traders on the exchange. This position combines elements of Business Development and Premium Client Services, requiring a proactive individual who can address complex financial requirements and create tailored incentives. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential VIP clients, guiding them towards appropriate products, attending industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance services for advanced crypto users.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential VIP clients, particularly high-volume and advanced traders.
- Guide VIP clients towards suitable products and monitor key performance indicators.
- Develop customized solutions and incentives for high-value customers, such as new perks and features.
- Maintain regular communication with VIP clients, collect feedback, and suggest product enhancements.
- Provide prompt, effective customer service and issue resolution for VIP clients, coordinating with internal departments.
- Attend conferences and community events to connect with potential VIP clients and expand brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Extensive network within high-net-worth and advanced crypto trader circles.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in selling premium financial or crypto products to sophisticated users.
- Successful track record of monetizing relationships with high-value clients.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, manage, and monetize client relationships to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent oral and written English skills (local language proficiency is a plus), with a strong ability in presentations and professional writing samples.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $150,000 per year
