VIP Sales Manager
The institutional sales team offers an exciting opportunity for you to take charge of developing and expanding the institutional and high-net-worth client base. Join us in the journey of onboarding clients to their first crypto instrument and delivering unique crypto products tailored to individual client needs that have not been seen in the market before. As a member of our operations team, you will engage with various stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to assist in the growth of our expanding infrastructure.
As a VIP Sales Manager within the Crypto.com Exchange, your role will involve acquiring and monetizing high-volume traders. This position combines elements of Business Development and Premium Client Services, requiring a results-oriented individual who can address complex financial requirements and provide personalized incentives. Your responsibilities will include guiding VIP clients to the appropriate products, participating in industry conferences, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our offerings for advanced crypto users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential VIP clients, particularly high-volume/advanced traders.
- Guide VIP clients towards suitable products while monitoring OKRs and KPIs.
- Create innovative solutions and incentives tailored to high-value customers to meet their specific needs.
- Maintain consistent communication with VIP clients, gather feedback, and suggest product enhancements.
- Provide timely and satisfactory customer service, resolving issues for VIP clients in collaboration with internal teams.
- Attend conferences and community events to engage with potential VIP clients and boost awareness.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive network within high-net-worth/advanced crypto traders.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in selling premium financial/crypto products to sophisticated users and advanced traders.
- Proven track record of monetizing relationships with high-value clients.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, manage, and monetize relationships with clients or partners to drive business results.
- Excellent command of professional written and oral English (local language proficiency is a plus), with samples of writing and presentations welcomed.
