Your primary responsibility is to lead our Product Marketing and Strategy efforts. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will drive Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives for Circle's diverse range of products and services. This involves activities such as pricing, packaging, positioning, competitive analysis, product launches, and global product-market fit analysis. By working closely with the Business and Marketing teams, you will be instrumental in executing these GTM strategies and fostering the growth of our ecosystem.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will engage with various stakeholders, including the Business and Marketing teams, to understand customer needs and ensure product-market fit. Essentially, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional value to our customers, prospects, and partners. This role requires strong leadership, program management, and agility in navigating a dynamic landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Engage with existing and potential ecosystem members to understand their evolving pain points and requirements.
- Collaborate with the Business and Marketing teams to develop and implement GTM plans for all products and services.
- Work with in-market business teams to create country-specific growth plans.
- Partner with Developer Marketing to enhance our developer programs.
- Collaborate with product strategy leads to drive market intelligence initiatives.
- Act as a thought leader, representing Circle's ecosystem perspective with external stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers and Strategy Leads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute GTM and growth strategies.
- Establish clear product goals, metrics, and KPIs.

Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in product marketing and strategy across consumer, developer, and enterprise domains.
- 7+ years in executive or managerial leadership positions or equivalent entrepreneurial roles.
- 3+ years of experience in international product and service growth.
- 3+ years of experience with developer initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, both internally and externally.
- High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and ability to thrive in rapidly changing environments.
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
Additional Information:
This position offers day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates.
Circle recognizes the importance of a competitive compensation package that considers various factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and business needs. The base pay range for this position is $270,000 - $310,000. Additionally, we provide equity, benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)), discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays per year.
