Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to various business units by managing office supplies, catering, meeting schedules, travel bookings, courier logistics, and other operational tasks.

Coordinate staff events including annual dinner, team-building activities, and anniversary celebrations.

Assist in office renovation, relocation, and premise maintenance.

Optimize corporate policies and procedures.

Plan budgets, manage expenses and vendors.

Handle fixed assets utilization and management.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant work experience with a proactive attitude.

Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Proficient in policy design and optimization.

Well-organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.

Capability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Experience in procurement/HR is a plus.
