Channel Operations Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers flexible scheduling with both day and night shift options. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial data while supporting the accounting department’s daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input financial transactions into accounting systems and databases
Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports
Reconcile data entries with source documents
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
Generate basic financial reports as needed
Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information
Collaborate with accounting team members to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred)
Proven experience in data entry, accounting, or bookkeeping
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Work Schedule:
Full-time and Part-time position (25-40 hours per week)
Flexible shifts available (Day and Night)
Overtime opportunities may be available
