VP Sales - Global

We are currently in the process of forming a top-tier Sales team at Genesis Global. This opportunity comes in response to the overwhelmingly positive reception of our applications and platform on a global scale. We are seeking an inquisitive and bold individual to take on the responsibility of identifying, defining, and leading client acquisition efforts to enhance revenue generation within the organization.
As a member of this team, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and be located in New York, with a hybrid work model encompassing both in-office collaboration with team members and occasional travel to various offices, locations, and clients for the purpose of motivation, accountability, and performance enhancement.
The salary range for this position falls between $245,000 and $270,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Strong track record as a distinguished leader in the Sales domain or previous experience in a regional business development capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise sales within financial markets, supported by a solid sales background.
- Ability to inspire, drive the sales team mindset, and instill consistent behaviors that support success.
- Demonstrate creativity and encourage a similar innovative approach within the team.
- Proficient in managing diverse stakeholders effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve targets by securing deals and meeting sales quotas.
- Take charge of the company's new booking and expansion targets, collaborating effectively with the team to foster revenue growth.
- Provide guidance and assistance to Account Executives and Directors to ensure the stability of the sales pipeline.
- Implement operational discipline within the dynamic sales structure, coordinating closely with Revenue Operations.
- Stay abreast of market trends and adapt to changes within the industry landscape.
