Responsibilities
- Basic Product Operations: Oversee wallet protocol launches and decommissions, handle daily product maintenance, and perform acceptance testing for new products.
- Booster Earn Product Operations: Work closely with project teams to develop campaign products that align with Web3 Wallet Earn requirements, including setting standards, defining requirements, and monitoring progress.
- On-chain Product Research: Continually explore new on-chain earning opportunities and suggest product solutions to enhance the wallet Earn product ecosystem.
Requirements
- In-depth engagement with on-chain DeFi earning projects, profound understanding of on-chain product mechanisms, and ability to conduct thorough research and audits on such projects.
- Possess a blend of product-oriented thinking and operational mindset to drive enhancements in user experience. Candidates with prior experience as on-chain DeFi product managers are preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective coordination with international project teams.
