Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a dynamic marketing strategy to propel Token Metrics to the forefront of the crypto analytics sector, bolstering brand recognition and user acquisition.
- Product Marketing Innovation: Spearhead innovative marketing campaigns for new product launches, utilizing data-driven growth strategies to drive swift market entry and enduring engagement.
- Corporate Communications Excellence: Direct all facets of public relations and corporate communications, positioning Token Metrics as a thought leader. This includes managing media interactions, crafting compelling press communications, and articulating the company's vision and accomplishments.
- Brand Development and Positioning: Enhance the Token Metrics brand by creating a distinct brand identity and story that resonates profoundly within the crypto community. Ensure coherence across all communication platforms.
- Community Engagement and Growth: Cultivate an engaged online community, leveraging key platforms in the crypto landscape. Initiate strategies to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Content Strategy Leadership: Supervise the creation and dissemination of compelling content across platforms, with a focus on YouTube and Twitter/X. Prioritize informative and captivating content that aligns with marketing objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate strategically with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies effectively support product development and sales endeavors.
- Team Development: Establish and guide a top-tier marketing team. Encourage innovation, data-driven decision-making, and accountability within the team.
Requirements
- Crypto Market Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in the crypto or blockchain sector, with a track record of impactful marketing strategies that enhanced brand visibility and user acquisition.
- Proven Marketing Leadership: Minimum 7 years of marketing expertise, including at least 4 years in leadership roles in crypto, fintech, or related fields, showcasing the ability to inspire teams and execute visionary strategies.
- Growth Hacking and Product Marketing Expertise: Proven success in crypto/SaaS product launches, demonstrating creativity in growth strategies.
- Corporate Communication and PR Skills: Strong background in managing corporate communications, navigating media relations, and crafting a compelling brand narrative.
- Community Building Skills: Outstanding ability in fostering and engaging online communities, particularly within the crypto sector.
- Content Strategy and Development Proficiency: Skilled in overseeing content creation, especially in video and social media, focusing on engaging narratives for the crypto audience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Master's degree or professional certifications preferred in marketing or blockchain.
