Web3 Head of Marketing and Communications (Turkey-Remote)

Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute an impactful marketing strategy to enhance Token Metrics' position in the crypto analytics industry, fostering brand recognition and user engagement.
• Product Marketing Innovation: Lead innovative marketing campaigns for new products, utilizing data-driven strategies for rapid market penetration and sustained user involvement.
• Corporate Communications Excellence: Manage public relations and corporate communications activities, positioning Token Metrics as a prominent industry thought leader through media management, press releases, and mission articulation.
• Brand Development and Positioning: Enhance the Token Metrics brand by establishing a unique identity that resonates within the crypto community, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Community Engagement and Growth: Engage and grow an active online community by implementing strategies that cultivate brand loyalty and advocacy within the crypto ecosystem.
• Content Strategy Leadership: Supervise the creation and distribution of engaging content across various platforms, focusing on educational and brand-elevating material that aligns with marketing goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with product developments and sales initiatives effectively.
• Team Development: Recruit and nurture a top-tier marketing team, fostering innovation, data-driven decision-making, and accountability among team members.

Requirements

• Crypto Market Mastery: In-depth experience in the crypto or blockchain sector with a track record of successful marketing strategies that enhanced brand visibility and user acquisition.
• Proven Marketing Leadership: Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in leadership roles within crypto, fintech, or related technologies, demonstrating the ability to inspire teams and execute visionary strategies.
• Growth Hacking and Product Marketing Expertise: Successful history of launching crypto/SaaS products with creative growth strategies.
• Corporate Communication and PR Skills: Proficient in managing corporate communications and media relations, with the ability to convey a compelling brand story.
• Community Building Skills: Exceptional at engaging online communities, especially within the crypto industry.
• Content Strategy and Development Savvy: Expertise in overseeing content creation, particularly on video and social media platforms, to engage the crypto audience effectively.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields; Master's degree or professional marketing/blockchain certifications are a plus.
