Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a dynamic marketing strategy to propel Token Metrics as a prominent player in the crypto analytics industry, boosting brand awareness and user growth.
- Product Marketing Innovation: Lead innovative marketing campaigns for new product launches, utilizing data-driven growth strategies for swift market penetration and sustainable engagement.
- Corporate Communications Excellence: Direct public relations and corporate communications efforts to position Token Metrics as a thought leader. This includes managing media relations, crafting impactful press releases, and articulating the company's mission and achievements.
- Brand Development and Positioning: Enhance the Token Metrics brand through the creation of a unique identity and narrative resonating with the crypto community. Ensure consistent communication across all channels.
- Community Engagement and Growth: Cultivate an active online community leveraging key platforms in the crypto ecosystem. Implement engagement strategies to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Content Strategy Leadership: Supervise the development and distribution of enriching content across various platforms, emphasizing YouTube and Twitter/X, in alignment with strategic marketing goals. Prioritize educational and engaging content that uplifts the Token Metrics brand.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner to product, engineering, and sales teams, aligning marketing strategies to support product development and sales initiatives effectively.
- Team Development: Establish and nurture a high-performing marketing team. Encourage creativity, foster innovation, promote data-driven decision-making, and ensure accountability within the team.
Requirements
- Crypto Market Mastery: Demonstrable expertise and experience in the crypto or blockchain sector, with a successful track record of innovative marketing strategies that significantly enhance brand visibility and user acquisition.
- Proven Marketing Leadership: With over 7 years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in leadership roles within the crypto, fintech, or a related technology domain, showcasing the ability to inspire teams and execute visionary marketing strategies.
- Growth Hacking and Product Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success in launching crypto/SaaS products, displaying creativity in implementing growth strategies and tactics.
- Corporate Communication and PR Skills: Strong background in managing corporate communication, adept at media relations, and capable of conveying a compelling brand narrative.
- Community Building Skills: Exceptional talent in fostering and engaging with online communities, with substantial experience in the crypto sector.
- Content Strategy and Development Proficiency: Experienced in overseeing content creation and strategy, particularly in video and social media, focusing on narratives that engage the crypto audience.
- Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. A Master's degree or professional marketing or blockchain certifications are advantageous.
