Description
Seedify seeks a dynamic Product Analyst to join their innovative team. The role involves refining and defining Product Roadmaps for IDO, INO Launchpads, and internal initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Leadership Team, Marketing Teams, Engineers, and Designers to prioritize feature sets, shaping the future of Products. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, a user-centric design focus, and the ability to creatively and analytically solve complex user issues. Tasks include participating in stand-ups, design reviews, usability testing, and iteratively improving PRDs and User Stories based on feedback to enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing the product strategy, roadmap, and business plan
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define detailed product and business requirements
- Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing to ensure products adhere to requirements
- Manage client and internal engagement in collaboration with other teams
- Proactively manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and map out user stories
- Create product documentation, specifications, wireframes, and process flows
- Drive communication across all project phases and notify management of scope, timeline, and resource changes
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner/Analyst, ideally in the Crypto or Gaming sectors
- Hands-on experience in the crypto industry, such as being a HODLER, DeFi enthusiast, or Web3 newsletter subscriber
- Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and Agile project management workflows
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in quantitative analysis, SQL, Excel, data visualization tools, and visual diagrams
- Familiarity with information architecture and user experience best practices
- Solution-oriented mindset, self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently
