Web3 Security Senior Software Engineer (Java)

Responsibilities:
Engage in the design, development, and optimization of backend systems within Binance’s Web3 security realm to ensure robust performance, availability, reliability, and scalability.
Sustain, transition, and enhance existing backend and security service systems to consistently elevate service quality and system stability.
Devising and implementing new services and technical strategies, collaborating closely with product managers and interdisciplinary teams to convert business and security requisites into feasible technical strategies.
Team up with experts and operational teams to boost security systems, automated tools, and threat detection capabilities, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and automating processes.
Collaborate with data analysts and teams on data aggregation, cleansing, analysis, and modeling to support security-centered use cases.
Contribute to designing and integrating backend and big data workflows for Web3 security and security control frameworks.
Maintain efficient communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including global teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
Over 5 years of backend development experience, especially in domains like blockchain, Web3 security, anti-fraud, risk control, or related areas.
Proven track record in designing and delivering intricate backend systems for large-scale, high-concurrency, or data-intensive environments.
Proficiency in the Java technology stack, particularly with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and associated frameworks.
Sound understanding of MySQL, common NoSQL databases, and hands-on experience in backend service development and enhancement.
Familiarity with distributed systems design and middleware technologies such as distributed caching, Kafka, service discovery, and configuration management.
Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Spark, HBase, Kafka, Flink, Airflow, and Elasticsearch.
Experience in data-related development, covering data collection, cleansing, and real-time/batch processing.
Strong analytical skills, proactive learning mindset, and genuine interest in addressing Web3 security challenges.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Good-to-have:
Understanding of blockchain technology and familiarity with on-chain data.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
Experience with performance tuning for JVM, SQL, RPC, etc.
Fluency in English.
