Stay informed about emerging trends and risks in the market, offering insightful recommendations for response.
Execute feedback mechanisms to translate performance insights into actionable steps for rectifying negative discrepancies and leveraging positive outcomes.
Form strong alliances with credit partners to foster collaborative efforts.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing credit or lending products at a business level.
Minimum 2 years of experience in fintech, preferably in a credit capacity.
Demonstrated proficiency in consumer credit risk management throughout the lending lifecycle.
Experience in devising monitoring and reporting mechanisms for efficient portfolio management.
Exposure to utilizing alternative data methodologies for developing robust credit decision frameworks.
Proven success in driving revenue growth and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills for building relationships with external partners.
