Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic & Technical Development: Oversee the strategic design, configuration, and maintenance of our Workday ecosystem to cater to internal clients’ needs proactively and nurture future Workday Analysts. Ensure seamless integration with other critical systems.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Become the trusted authority on Workday, providing guidance and solutions as required.
- Optimize Operations: Identify process optimization opportunities within Workday, enhancing system efficiency and performance.
- Integration Management: Develop and maintain robust integrations between Workday and other business systems, ensuring seamless connectivity.
- Security & Compliance: Uphold the security, integrity, and compliance of the Workday environment at all times.
- System Upgrades: Manage Workday updates and releases proficiently, leveraging the latest features and functionalities.
- Technical Support: Offer advanced technical support to resolve complex Workday issues swiftly and effectively.
- User Empowerment: Develop and maintain comprehensive Workday documentation and contribute to user training initiatives.
- Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to tailor Workday solutions according to their specific requirements.
- Data Analysis: Collaborate with data specialists to harness Workday's reporting capabilities effectively and turn data into actionable insights.
Requirements:
A consistent track record of at least 5 years in a relevant technical role within Workday implementations or management, showcasing impactful contributions.
Profound expertise in the Workday platform, with hands-on experience across various modules such as HCM, Talent Management, and Advanced Compensation.
Proficiency in Workday integration tools and methodologies, with a focus on building reliable connections efficiently.
A proactive mindset geared towards optimizing system performance and improving user experience continuously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience in developing technical documentation and creating user training programs.
Solid understanding of data security best practices and compliance standards for enterprise-level systems.
