Workplace Security Services Manager

Currently, they are seeking an experienced individual to join the team as Workplace Security Services Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing workplace safety and security services and ensuring their efficient implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Manage security services provider contracts to ensure high-quality services and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and address emerging threats.
- Develop and oversee workplace building safety, fire, and evacuation protocols and drills.
- Implement KPIs and monitoring processes to maintain service quality standards.
- Cultivate a comprehensive security culture within the company and enhance security awareness among employees through training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Security or Risk Management.
- Required certifications in SSIAP 2 and 3, SST, etc.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Security Operations in an international setting.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of IGH, ERP CDT, and local security regulations.
- Sound understanding of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response planning.
- Experience with security technology and systems, such as CCTV, access control, surveillance, and fire systems.
