Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Produce engaging social media content across various platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Discord.

Content Management: Collaborate with different teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. Maintain a content calendar for timely and effective distribution.

Social Media Campaign Reporting: Utilize best practices to enhance content visibility and growth. Analyze campaign performance for optimization.

Community Engagement: Actively participate in social platforms, conduct market research, and engage with competitors to inform content strategies.

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to boost engagement, audience growth, and brand visibility.

Analyze Metrics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to refine content strategies and enhance performance.

Product Manager Role Overview:

As an ideal candidate for this position, you possess a proficient background in product management with a demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between end-users and engineering teams. You thrive on collaborating with the developer community, engineering experts, product marketers, and the business team to execute a product strategy that leads to satisfied customers. You have a specific interest in constructing blockchains that offer innovative cryptography solutions in both the web3 and web2 landscapes.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

Lead the strategy, management, and roll-out of blockchains and web3 tools such as wallets, block explorers, javascript libraries, APIs, and SDKs.

Maintain and advance company-wide standards/frameworks in conjunction with engineering teams for seamless implementation.

Product Development:

Identify, prioritize, and monitor emerging requirements in our Product roadmap.

Utilize data-driven decision-making methods in product prioritization and development.

Oversee the 3rd party solutions team in creating code samples across various languages to simplify developers' consumption of our products.

Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to drive widespread adoption of tools and products within our ecosystem.

Stakeholder Management:

Foster a robust developer community.

Share product plans and KPI-related progress during company-wide team meetings.

Qualifications:

Strong technical proficiency in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, decentralized applications, and cryptography.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in web3 product management, or minimum 5 years in a related field like tech or fintech.

Proficient in data-driven decision-making and experience with diverse analytics tools.

Demonstrated communication and project management skills including organizing product roadmaps emphasizing MVP definition, iterative development, and effective communication of strategy, implementation details, and outcomes.

Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills suitable for interacting with senior management and colleagues from technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or other blockchain applications.

Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Confluence.

Previous involvement with startups, particularly in the web3/blockchain industry, is desirable.

Fintech experience is a plus.

We are seeking a proficient and passionate Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role at Horizen Labs, a DevOps Engineer is tasked with creating and managing automation, orchestration, installation, and configuration processes tailored to various Public Cloud platforms and dedicated servers. Additionally, they collaborate closely with Software Engineers to design and establish efficient software development pipelines and environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable automation and orchestration pipelines to enhance system robustness and maintainability.

Develop and maintain internal tools for the team's use.

Update installation and configuration procedures for all Providers.

Utilize tools such as Terraform, Ansible, shell scripts, Github Actions, and Travis-CI to manage and deploy Infrastructure.

Enhance the security and protection of production environments and secrets against threats in the demanding Blockchain landscape.

Create and update documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and processes.

Work in tandem with Software Engineers to create streamlined software development pipelines and environments.

Experiment with and implement new techniques and tools to enhance the DevOps process and performance.

Monitor costs and optimize infrastructure.

Qualifications and Experience

Over 3 years of practical DevOps experience, ideally paired with prior Backend Developer experience.

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code concepts and tools like Terraform and Ansible for orchestration and configuration management.

Experience with Linux/Unix System Administration (e.g., Debian, Ubuntu, Alpine).

Intermediate knowledge of a scripting language like Bash or Python.

Familiarity with Software Version Control tools like GIT, GitHub, Subversion (SVN).

Creation of customized Dockerfiles adhering to Docker best practices.

Experience with cloud providers, preferably AWS.
