We seek a Senior Business Development Manager with extensive experience in Web3 and blockchain technology to drive global relationship cultivation and enhance our public blockchain ecosystem and protocols, namely Horizen and zkVerify.
This role entails acquiring new integrations, distribution channels, and partnerships within the Web3 sphere, targeting enterprises, organizations, and government agencies. Additionally, the role involves engaging with Web3 protocols and developers within the blockchain domain to drive the adoption of Horizen and zkVerify.
The ideal candidate possesses a nimble mindset capable of articulating complex technical concepts effectively to audiences with varying degrees of blockchain familiarity. Responsibilities:
Drive your success by establishing integrations and partnerships for Horizen Labs' flagship public blockchain ecosystem, Horizen, and zkVerify, with performance measured through various metrics.
Lead discussions with potential partners, explore key themes in Web3 verticals, and convey insights to Product, Marketing, and Enterprise Solutions teams.
Collaborate across functions to design tailored blockchain solutions with clear ROI projections.
Engage in pitching and negotiation with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Legal departments to create proposals for potential partnerships and see deals through execution.
Support existing partners in maximizing results with Horizen Labs products and services, ensuring they attain promised ROI and identifying ways to enhance or expand product offerings to better address partner requirements.
Enhance the company's BD methodology and processes for achieving growth targets.
Mentor and advance a team of motivated business development managers and associates.
Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience in the Web3 realm, including DeFi applications, NFTs, wallets, explorers, DAO tools, or other essential Web3 building tools.
Proven track record of successfully closing intricate deals in Web3, highlighting strong negotiation skills and a results-driven focus.
Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to enterprise challenges or pain points, showcasing deep understanding through research and exploration.
Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills with preference for an existing network of potential partners, including experience in establishing relationships with C-level and senior management.
