Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Produce engaging social media content across various platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Discord.
  • Content Management: Collaborate with different teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. Maintain a content calendar for timely and effective distribution.
  • Social Media Campaign Reporting: Utilize best practices to enhance content visibility and growth. Analyze campaign performance for optimization.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in social platforms, conduct market research, and engage with competitors to inform content strategies.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to boost engagement, audience growth, and brand visibility.
  • Analyze Metrics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to refine content strategies and enhance performance.
  • Stay Relevant: Monitor trends, integrate them into strategy, and engage with the community directly to build brand trust.
  • Outreach: Identify opportunities to shape public perception through engaging with and educating the audience about our social media strategy.
  • Collaboration: Align social media and content strategies with the overall company objectives by working closely with the marketing and other cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in content creation and social media management, preferably in Web3, tech, or a startup setting.
  • Tools: Proficient in social media management tools and content planning.
  • Knowledge: Strong grasp of decentralized technologies, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystem.
  • Passion: Deep interest in shaping the future of decentralized technology with a focus on blockchain, DeFi, and NFTs.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate dynamic and engaging content ideas.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to authentically represent the brand's voice.
  • Analytics: Experience with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

Please note that in compliance with New York City's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is detailed to be between USD $100,000 to USD $140,000 for applicants based in NYC. Our salary ranges vary based on factors such as role, level, experience, and location.
