We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Project Manager with a passion for AI and a working knowledge of large language models (LLMs). If you thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to contribute to cutting-edge technology development, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring deliverables align with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and AI/LLM specialists, to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges, risks, and roadblocks.
Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
Coordinate with AI and blockchain experts to ensure seamless integration of technologies within the World Abstraction Layer.
Stay up-to-date on advancements in LLMs and AI to align projects with current trends and technologies.
Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies to ensure efficient workflows.
Qualifications:
Required:
Proven experience as a project manager, ideally in AI, software development, or blockchain environments.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs).
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse, remote teams.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
Preferred:
Background in AI, machine learning, or blockchain technologies.
Experience managing technical teams in a remote-first environment.
Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects involving AI and/or decentralized systems.
