Our project was built using Next.js and Express.js.
We hired a developer to build, optimize and extend it, but he broke parts of the project.
The project was working fine before we hired him, but now it's not working properly.

One of our team members insists that we need to restructure the project to address this issue and optimize and extend it.
He argues that it's better to use Nest.js for the backend and Angular for the frontend.
