Investor Relations & Business Development Representative

I am looking for a professional, reliable, and well-connected individual to assist with business development, networking, and investor relationship coordination for two business projects.

ABOUT THE PROJECTS

I currently have two projects:

1. Existing Business Project: An established project that is already operational.

2. Upcoming Cryptocurrency Project: A new digital currency project currently in preparation for launch.

I am looking for someone who can help establish local business connections, identify relevant professional networks, arrange meetings, and coordinate communication with potential business partners and other relevant contacts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify relevant business networks and professional contacts.

- Research potential business partners and investor networks.

- Arrange introductory business meetings.

- Coordinate communication between interested parties and me.

- Assist with scheduling and meeting arrangements.

- Help maintain professional relationships.

- Provide regular updates on networking activities and progress.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in business development, networking, or relationship management.

- Established professional connections are an advantage.

- Comfortable attending in-person business meetings when required.

- Professional, trustworthy, and reliable.

- Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, or startups is an advantage.

- Good English communication skills.

COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES

Initial Travel and Meeting Budget: $350

I have allocated an initial budget of $350 for approved travel and meeting-related expenses.

The professional service fee will be discussed and agreed upon separately before work begins.

Any additional expenses must be approved in advance.

- I will provide relevant business information and materials.

- The primary responsibilities involve business networking, introductions, and meeting coordination.

- The representative will not be authorized to accept funds, negotiate investment terms, or make investment promises on my behalf.

- Any securities-related activities must be conducted only through appropriately authorized persons and in compliance with applicable regulations.
