We’re hiring a hands‑on growth builder to own ecosystem expansion as we move from validation to scale. This is a technical, data‑driven role for someone who has actually grown communities and partner ecosystems, not just run marketing campaigns. You’ll create the growth playbook, run experiments, and launch incentive programs that drive adoption and device trials across digital and offline channels.

Core responsibilities

Build the growth engine

Expand distribution across priority channels (community platforms, messaging groups, media, newsletters, and on‑device QR activations).
Design and run technical funnels: tracking, A/B tests, conversion analytics for activation and engagement.
Architect full‑funnel acquisition: awareness → activation → retention → re‑engagement.
Implement analytics and attribution across product and external touchpoints.

Ecosystem & partner growth

Launch and manage partner campaigns: timed rewards, ambassador/referral initiatives, and device onboarding incentives.
Analyze cohort health, activity, and incentive efficiency; iterate reward structures to meet product goals.

Paid, performance & lifecycle

Test and scale paid acquisition channels with ROI discipline.
Build lifecycle funnels: email/SMS drips, retargeting, onboarding flows tied to device experiences.
Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics using cross‑product data.

Growth analytics & reporting

Own dashboards for growth, retention, funnel performance, and campaign attribution.
Identify funnel drop‑offs and compounding levers; present metrics linking spend to activity and device adoption.

You are

A proven growth operator with demonstrable results in user growth and ecosystem expansion.
Data‑obsessed and technically fluent with analytics, attribution, and experimentation.
A builder who experiments, iterates quickly, and ships measurement‑backed loops.
Comfortable working closely with product, data, and engineering teams in an early‑stage environment.
