We are looking for an experienced game development studio (not individual freelancers) to build a lean first version (MVP) of a 2D web arcade racing game using Phaser and integrated with the Solana ecosystem.

The project is inspired by classic 80s arcade racers (e.g. Out Run) but reimagined as a single‑player, play‑to‑earn web game with simple low‑pixel 2D graphics.

About the Client
The client is a Solana DAO with an active and growing community. The DAO manages two Solana‑based coins that will be used as core assets in the in‑game economy (entry fees, rewards, upgrades, etc.). The DAO will support promotion and community activation around the game once the MVP is live. We are seeking a long‑term development partner, not only a one‑off contractor.

Project Scope (MVP)
The MVP should be a browser‑only game (desktop and ideally mobile browsers) with:

1. Engine & Tech
Developed in Phaser (latest stable version).
2D low‑pixel art (small sprites, simple backgrounds, retro arcade style).
Deployed as a web game (no native apps).

2. Gameplay
Single‑player only.
Player controls a small retro car driving on a scrolling road with curves/obstacles.
Multiple simple stages/levels with increasing difficulty (speed, traffic, obstacles).
Basic damage system (collisions increase damage, affect speed/handling, and can end the run at 100% damage).
“INSERT COIN” mechanic: each run requires a small on‑chain payment in one of the DAO’s coins.

3. Web3 / Solana Integration
Mandatory login via Phantom Wallet (no guest mode).
On‑chain entry fee payments to the game treasury.
On‑chain rewards distribution in the DAO’s token(s) based on performance.
Basic weekly leaderboard stored off‑chain but tied to wallet addresses, with a simple weekly reset and payout logic.
4. Economy (MVP version)

Entry fee per run in our token(s).
Rewards per run based on distance, time, and damage.
Simple car repair & upgrade system paid in our token(s) (e.g. repair damage, increase speed/acceleration, etc.).

5. Admin / Back‑office (basic)
Simple way (even config files or minimal panel) to adjust:
Entry fee amounts.
Reward parameters.
Basic economic balancing values.

What We Offer
We are not looking for a simple “work for hire” arrangement.
Our goal is to find a development partner studio interested in:
A revenue‑sharing model on future game income from pay per play fees.
A long‑term relationship: manteinance, continuous development and future game versions.
