Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT roles
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
Conduct screening interviews to assess technical experience, skills, and motivation
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams across different time zones
Maintain and develop active talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements
Track candidate progress and update recruitment systems or spreadsheets
Prepare candidate summaries and support hiring decision processes
Ensure smooth communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Support continuous improvement of sourcing and recruitment strategies
