We’re seeking detail-oriented and reliable freelancers to join our remote team for ongoing typing, transcription, and translation projects. If you have fast fingers, sharp ears, and a knack for languages, this is your chance to work from anywhere while contributing to global communication.
🔧 Responsibilities
Typing: Accurately transcribe handwritten or scanned documents into digital format
Transcription: Convert audio or video recordings into written text with high accuracy
Translation: Translate written content between English and one or more target languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic, Mandarin, etc.)
Proofreading: Review and edit transcriptions or translations for grammar, clarity, and consistency
Formatting: Ensure documents meet client specifications and style guides
🎯 Requirements
Excellent typing speed (minimum 60 WPM preferred)
Strong command of English and at least one other language
Prior experience in transcription or translation (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with transcription tools (e.g., Otter.ai, Descript, Express Scribe)
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
