Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth Partner (individual or team) to accelerate AGV Protocol’s next phase of expansion. This role is critical to scaling user acquisition, driving market visibility, and supporting ecosystem adoption ahead of our Q1 2026 Token Generation Event (TGE).
Key Responsibilities
Growth & User Acquisition
Lead strategies to expand AGV’s user base across global Web3 ecosystems.
Grow and activate AGV’s presence across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and partner communities.
Build and optimize sales funnels for NFT adoption, private sales participation, and ecosystem engagement.
Marketing Execution
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns including threads, activations, AMAs, Spaces, and community events.
Manage KOL partnerships, influencer engagement, and cross-marketing collaborations with RWA/DePIN/NFT networks.
Create high-performance narratives that highlight AGV’s RWA × DePIN value proposition.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
Source and close new marketing, distribution, and user acquisition partnerships.
Support BD with strategic introductions and co-marketing opportunities.
Strengthen AGV’s position across RWA, DePIN, infrastructure compute, and sustainability-focused ecosystems.
TGE Preparation (Q3 2025)
Support pre-launch brand positioning and narrative dominance.
Drive interest, leads, and community momentum ahead of the token launch.
Implement multi-stage funnels for waiting lists, whitelists, and early participation.
Compensation Structure
10–20% commission on all sales generated
1.5–2.5% token allocation (18-month vesting)
Performance-based bonuses for milestone achievements
Zero upfront fees — fully performance-driven partnership
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in Web3/crypto marketing, growth, or sales.
Strong track record working with RWA, DePIN, infrastructure, or NFT projects.
Existing network, audience, or partner access within the Web3 ecosystem.
Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a performance-driven structure.
Ability to execute rapidly while maintaining clear, data-driven decision-making.
