Your goal is to foster engagement, collect user feedback, and help shape the voice of Neonflick in the community.

Actively manage and engage our X and Telegram communities
Respond to user questions and feedback
Collect and summarize user feedback into actionable insights
Prepare regular community activity reports
Suggest improvements based on community engagement
Work closely with the team to align community strategy with the project vision

Genuine interest in Web3 / blockchain / decentralized technologies
Proactive and self-motivated mindset
Good communication skills
Ability to summarize feedback and report clearly
Creativity in community engagement and content ideas
