THE ROLE
Localcoin is in search of an Account Executive to expand business relationships with new and existing clients, including franchise and independent partners in Sydney, Australia. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring prime retail spaces to install Localcoin's Bitcoin Kiosks and other products. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with current retail partners and franchises, grow the Localcoin brand by establishing new partnerships, and increase market presence in Australia.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Secure key retail locations for Bitcoin Kiosks and other products across Australia
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for product placement by collaborating with retailers, operations, and marketing teams
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and engagement with current partners
- Handle contract renewals for existing partners, negotiating to enhance client retention
- Build and maintain strong rapport with retail partners, ensuring regular interactions for maximum satisfaction and competitive edge
- Educate clients on the advantages of Localcoin offerings within retail settings
- Provide top-tier support to retail partners by addressing and resolving their concerns promptly and professionally
- Address inquiries related to existing contracts with retail partners, such as ownership changes or location renovations
- Identify business growth opportunities with current partners by understanding their needs and proposing solutions
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to update internal systems in response to changes with retail partners/contracts
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings on-site, managing concerns, disputes, renewals, and audits
- Stay informed on client trends and information including organizational structure, decision-makers, financials, and competition
- Strive to meet monthly targets and KPIs
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales and account management experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, FreshDesk, or Hubspot
- Outgoing, customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering excellent partner experiences
- Strong skills in listening, negotiation, and problem-solving
- Effective communication skills in various formats
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Comfort in an entrepreneurial, high-growth culture
- Track record of achieving or surpassing quarterly targets
- Demonstrated interest and knowledge in the cryptocurrency market
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
