About the Position

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on emerging opportunities in the EMEA region and analyze the crypto market landscape, while supporting initial outreach efforts.
- Familiarize with Firm's operations, assess leads, qualify potential opportunities, and guide promising leads into the sales pipeline.
- Drive business growth in EMEA by promoting and selling staking services across various networks.
- Contribute towards exceeding sales objectives by increasing new customers by vertical, assets staked, and revenue generated.
- Support in managing relationships in the EMEA region by providing onboarding, account management, and ongoing support throughout staking processes.
- Enhance sales materials to bolster pitching activities.
- Manage inbound customer inquiries, address customer concerns, and foster customer satisfaction to encourage retention and upselling opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the organization to advocate for customer needs, collaborating closely with internal teams to drive product enhancements.
- Attend events in London and Europe and enhance Firm's brand visibility in coordination with the Head of EMEA.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a sales role.
- Based in London and able to attend events, with approximately 2 days spent in the office per week.
- Demonstrated success in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the tech or fintech industry.
- Proficient in lead generation, lead nurturing, and new business acquisition.
- Prior experience with CRM tools for lead tracking and opportunity management.
- Strong interest in crypto and blockchain technology with knowledge of staking.
- Self-driven, proactive individual eager to contribute at all stages of the sales cycle.
- Solution-oriented and results-focused with a high emotional intelligence.
- A track record of advocating for customer needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
