What You'll Do------------------------------------------- -- Join the core team in the USA and spearhead the company's expansion in the region. -- Collaborate closely with various support teams like sales support and marketing. -- Perform needs analysis for new and prospective clients, creating customized product solutions. -- Meet monthly sales targets across compliance products for blockchain and financial companies. -- Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations highlighting product advantages. -- Proactively generate leads through outreach, networking, and industry engagement. -- Maintain all pertinent sales data for reporting and client management. -- Participate in necessary sales meetings and training sessions.
What Makes You Stand Out---------------------------------- -- Proficiency in English. -- 2-4 years of prior sales experience. -- Background in startups or boutique firms is advantageous. -- Prior exposure to compliance, finance, or blockchain realms is preferred. -- Demonstrated history of successful sales. -- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management capabilities. -- Solution-oriented, driven by results, and self-motivated. -- Resilient, excelling under pressure. -- High emotional intelligence and independent thinking. -- Organized and adept at prioritizing tasks. -- Flexibility in handling evolving demands and challenges positively.
