Accounting and Finance Senior Executive

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the local Head of Finance and finance teams, both locally and internationally, to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis for Turkey and the Menasa region.
• Ensure compliance with local and global tax, legal, and financial regulations in the region.
• Lead and engage in finance-related projects as necessary.
• Assist in license applications and regulatory reporting processes.
• Conduct financial reconciliations and handle day-to-day accounting tasks.
• Generate and track customer invoices and assist in resolution of customer-related concerns.
• Liaise with banks when required to support treasury functions.
• Communicate effectively with shared service centers and global teams to achieve financial objectives.
• Contribute to financial audits and assist in system enhancements.
• Support in the development of finance policies and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Over 10 years of accounting and finance experience in multinational firms; financial market or audit background preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English; familiarity with specific financial software is advantageous.
• Ability to identify and manage risks effectively.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive attitude, strong teamwork mindset, and passion for personal growth.
• Interest in cryptocurrency and financial services.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities, deadline-driven approach, and acute attention to detail and accuracy.
