Responsibilities

• This position falls under the growth department and involves overseeing user growth metrics.
• Responsible for identifying growth opportunities within the exchange sector and expanding user growth promotion channels.
• Manage strong channel partnerships and processes, enhance channel growth potential, improve channel output, and address various operational issues.
• Achieve set performance targets assigned by the team, aligned with market conditions and company strategies.
• Actively engage in industry events, stay alert to user growth prospects, and continuously seek new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Internet product growth or channel development, with preference for experience in blockchain, finance, or Internet product user growth or channel expansion.
• Proficient in understanding customer needs, adept at seeking user growth solutions from a user growth and channel operations perspective.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory for effective communication with international partners and stakeholders.
• Strong self-motivation, sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and skill in cross-department coordination.
