About the Role

We seek an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM) to cultivate and expand lasting partnerships with key affiliates and partners across various international markets. This role is focused on relationship management, revenue growth, risk mitigation, and ensuring affiliate stability, rather than aggressive business acquisition.

The ideal candidate possesses profound knowledge of the crypto/FX affiliate landscape, is adept at building strong relationships, commercially astute, and adept at finding the balance between growth, compliance, and platform objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), trading communities, and strategic partners.
• Enhance affiliate performance through increased user acquisition, trading volume, retention rates, and revenue contributions.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, as well as risks or irregularities.
• Manage affiliate concerns professionally, including resolving commission disputes, competitor interference, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
• Conceptualize and implement joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership ventures with affiliates.
• Analyze affiliate Return on Investment (ROI), trading patterns, and overall performance to maximize ecosystem efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, such as wash trading, arbitrage exploitation, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources.
• Stay abreast of competitor affiliate programs, commission models, and industry trends.
• Support affiliate onboarding, conduct due diligence, and cultivate enduring relationships.

Job Requirements

Industry Experience

• Previous involvement in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial sectors.
• Familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms.
• Background in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management.
• Proficiency in affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive schemes.

• Strong relationship management and effective stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism.
• Proficient in analytics, capable of interpreting trading data, retention rates, ROI, and behavioral trends.
• Negotiation skills for securing exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns.
• High sensitivity to risk related to affiliate abuse, compliance issues, and suspicious trading behavior.
• Cross-cultural communication abilities, preferably with experience in managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets.
