Affiliate Relationship Manager - MENA
Job Summary
We are seeking an Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM) with extensive experience to oversee and enhance long-term partnerships with key affiliates and channel partners in the MENA region. The primary focus of this role is on nurturing existing relationships rather than aggressive business development. The ARM will serve as a strategic partner manager, responsible for fostering affiliate retention, revenue growth, relationship stability, and risk management within the crypto/FX affiliate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with current affiliates, trading communities, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and strategic partners.
- Enhance affiliate performance metrics, including user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contributions.
- Monitor affiliate performance indicators to detect anomalies, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
- Address affiliate concerns professionally, covering commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations.
- Collaborate across internal teams like Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal departments.
- Develop and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates.
- Analyze affiliate return on investment (ROI), trading habits, and performance over the lifecycle to optimize ecosystem efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, and non-compliant traffic sources.
- Stay informed about competitors' affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trends.
- Support affiliate onboarding, due diligence processes, and long-term relationship building.
Key Requirements
Industry Experience
- Prior exposure to Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial sectors.
- Familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission models, and rebate mechanisms.
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnerships.
- Sound knowledge of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive frameworks.
