As a Key Account Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion strategy by engaging top affiliates. Leveraging your existing network of key opinion leaders (KOLs), industry connections, and institutional partners, you will establish strategic partnerships and drive the adoption of our products and services. This position requires a motivated, results-oriented individual with exceptional relationship-building skills and an in-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors.
Your responsibilities
- Identify key accounts within the content creation and institutional partner domains through network connections and thorough research.
- Implement targeted outreach strategies to attract potential accounts.
- Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations on partnership terms and onboard new key accounts.
- Provide personalized support to top accounts to ensure satisfaction.
- Formulate and execute account management strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Foster lasting relationships with influencers and key figures in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
- Collaborate with industry networks and institutional partners to raise awareness and drive adoption of our products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes within the cryptocurrency landscape.
- Recognize new opportunities for acquiring key accounts and establishing partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or affiliation, with a focus on content creation.
- Well-established network of contacts in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors, encompassing KOLs, industry networks, and institutional partners.
- Proven success in acquiring and managing high-value affiliates.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English with knowledge of other languages being advantageous.
