Join Binance in contributing to the creation of a significant internal AI agent fleet within the industry, composed of numerous sandboxed agents driving automation in areas such as trading, compliance, customer service, and risk management. In this pivotal role, you'll focus on building the necessary infrastructure and tools that amplify the capabilities of each AI agent, resulting in improved operational efficiency and accelerated business expansion.
We seek a self-motivated team member with a keen eye for innovation, adept at transforming promising concepts into tangible solutions efficiently.
This role revolves around ownership and requires overseeing the complete lifecycle, ranging from authoring AI agent capabilities to fine-tuning infrastructure. You'll play a crucial role in assimilating new techniques into our platform and strategizing on their implementation.
Key Duties:
Create, release, and upkeep OpenClaw skills, the modular units that empower numerous agents across the organization to carry out automated tasks and unlock new business potentials.
Develop essential CLI tools for managing agent operations including deployment, diagnostics, session management, skill registry, and enhancing developer workflows.
Lead in AI agent harness engineering, encompassing lifecycle management, sophisticated tool execution, context/session optimization, compaction strategies, and effective model routing.
Implement data pipelines and dashboards in the agent fleet, applying data science methodologies to comprehend performance metrics, failure patterns, latency distribution, and business result correlations.
Identify bottlenecks in the platform and drive measurable enhancements in agent efficiency, response quality, and cost-effectiveness to directly support user acquisition and retention.
Stay abreast of the research landscape by tracking papers, open-source developments, and community progress, swiftly prototyping integrations in alignment with the platform's requirements.
Refine LLM infrastructure by managing tokens efficiently, optimizing costs, regulating context windows, and ensuring seamless multi-provider routing.
Enhance agent sandboxes by bolstering credential isolation, fortifying against prompt injection threats, and establishing necessary guardrails.
Collaborate closely with various teams within the organization to translate user growth objectives into dependable, scalable agent workflows.
Mandatory Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in software/platform engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on engagement with LLM or AI agent systems in a live environment.
Exhibit an AI Native mindset, exemplified by innate utilization of AI-driven development, the ability to think in agent/tool/context paradigms, and a strong preference for automation over manual tasks.
Proficiency in skill and CLI development, demonstrated through building modular, interoperable tools or CLI utilities in platforms using TypeScript and/or Python languages.
Practical experience in agent harness engineering, showcasing expertise in OpenClaw, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent orchestration runtimes.
Versatility in LLM infrastructure management, encompassing token oversight, model routing, context optimization, and cost-effective practices at scale.
Capability in data science practices, including log analysis, statistical profiling, and utilizing SQL/Python for processing usage data, with the knack for transforming raw telemetry into actionable insights to steer platform decisions.
Keen research awareness promising familiarity with model releases, agent framework advancements, and relevant literature to judiciously assess integrative potential.
A proactive coding style attributing to rapid development using AI-assisted workflows, characterized by being iterative, pragmatic, and productive with robust engineering fundamentals.
Desirable Skills:
Solid exposure to OpenClaw, particularly in session configuration, hook management, cron/heartbeat setup, and skill registry management (ClawHub).
Familiarity with CLI operations and agent tool ecosystem.
Experience with LiteLLM/AWS Bedrock/multi-provider proxy implementations.
Competence with Kubernetes/EKS encompassing pod isolation, resource optimization, and secrets administration, as well as a fondness for security engineering facets like sandbox defenses, prompt injection prevention, and guardrail scheming.
