AI Data Product Manager

Our Product Management team is responsible for guiding product initiatives from start to finish, launching products and features globally. We work closely with a variety of teams such as engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and others to deliver exceptional products.

About the role: We are in need of a motivated AI Data Product Manager to join our Product Data & Insights team, focusing on developing and improving customer-facing data products on our platforms. This position will concentrate on providing real-time trading insights, data feeds, and AI-driven features to enhance users' trading experience and decision-making.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid grasp of generative AI technologies and market data infrastructure. Collaboration with Engineering, AI Innovation Labs, Product, and Design teams is key for success in this role. While experience with crypto trading ecosystems is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

This role presents a unique opportunity to shape innovative data products where artificial intelligence intersects with Web3.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and steer the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer-facing data products, specifically focusing on trading data insights and AI-enhanced services.
• Collaborate closely with various teams like Engineering, Data Infrastructure, AI/ML, and Product to deliver top-notch, scalable data products.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly product requirements and experiences.
• Work with AI/ML teams to integrate generative AI models into product features, ensuring outputs meet quality, relevance, and latency standards.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics to continuously enhance products.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in reliability, scalability, and security for all data products.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in AI, fintech, trading, or data platform domains.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI model fundamentals, encompassing prompt engineering, model limitations, and deployment considerations.
• Familiarity with market data APIs, trading systems, and real-time data delivery architectures.
• Possess a strong product sense with a user-centric approach and the ability to transform technical solutions into impactful user experiences.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and leading projects from inception to launch with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in delivering customer-centric products powered by AI technologies is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of crypto trading ecosystems is advantageous but not compulsory.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
