Main Responsibilities

• Spearheading the implementation of AI-powered anti-fraud solutions in the crypto sector as an AI Product Manager within the CEO Office - Growth Risk Team.
• Understanding stakeholders' business requirements, particularly in the risk management domain, to design and execute effective AI-driven solutions to combat anti-fraud challenges.
• Collaborating closely with data scientists, data engineers, and backend developers to deploy AI models as services.
• Establishing success metrics for AI products, conducting AB tests for performance assessment, and implementing monitoring mechanisms for tracking and detecting anomalies.
• Engaging in collaborative research with AI teams to apply cutting-edge techniques in the crypto industry and conducting experiments to tackle real-world challenges.

Desired Qualifications

• Solid foundation in machine learning and AI with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an AI Product Manager, machine learning engineer, or data scientist. Proficient in statistics, traditional machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
• Proven track record in product management with prior experience in designing and implementing AI solutions to achieve business objectives.
• Experience in developing risk control products and strategies in the crypto, financial, or IT sectors.
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, adept at navigating ambiguity to advocate for necessary resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating product solutions into clear plans for developers and business stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of technical product details and implementation, able to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, design scalable solutions, and engage beyond user experience needs.
• Data-driven approach, proficient in identifying, tracking, and acting on impact metrics. Skilled in defining KPIs and collaborating with engineering and analytics teams on monitoring and instrumentation.
• Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams, delivering complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints in a dynamic setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Passion for Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), and blockchain technology.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
