Responsibilities:

Circle is seeking a meticulous and organized professional with strong communication skills to collaborate across departments, facilitating the onboarding processes with selected banking partners. Managing the integration processes with current and potential partners requires effective resource management when juggling multiple priorities.

Your team's focus will be securing Circle's global treasury operations via strategic collaborations with financial institutions and settlement partners across the world. As part of the global expansion efforts and partnerships with international financial entities, you will oversee and optimize the end-to-end onboarding and integration procedures. Collaborating with various departments such as Business, Treasury, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal is crucial. Building and maintaining relationships with external partners to drive the integration process to completion is also essential. Regularly updating senior management on Partnership Operations’ progress on key objectives is part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing end-to-end partner onboarding and integration by working collaboratively with relevant teams
• Identifying and rectifying process bottlenecks to enhance current onboarding procedures
• Creating a repository of frequently asked questions and their solutions to expedite due diligence responses to partners
• Effectively utilizing project management tools to monitor projects dynamically
• Engaging with stakeholders to align on requirements, timelines, and expectations
• Generating reports, dashboards, and visuals to apprise senior management of team performance on key initiatives
• Gaining deep insights into the liquidity infrastructure supporting local fiat on and off ramps to USDC and EURC

Desired Skills:

• 2+ years experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Payments sector
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or related field preferred
• Strong process-oriented mindset with a passion for enhancing standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficient in independently managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and collaborations
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite

Additional Details:

• Day-one PERM sponsorship available for eligible candidates
• Compensation range determined by various factors, including experience, skill set, qualifications, and organizational needs
• Base Pay Range: $38.94 - $52.40 per hour, eligible for overtime
• Annual Bonus Target: 10%
