Responsibilities:
- Manage and foster relationships with Ledger Enterprise clients in the APAC region
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful utilization of the Ledger Vault platform
- Develop long-term strategies and retention programs for premium clients
- Work closely with sales and tech teams to enhance systems and processes
- Create compelling product presentations and engage with customers to understand their needs
- Assist in the development of sales proposals and business development collateral
- Define tools and processes to drive operational excellence
Requirements:
- Strong background in client relationship management within an enterprise setting
- Deep understanding of business dynamics, financial software, and capital markets
- Client-focused with exceptional empathy and service orientation
- Experience in financial operations, fintech, or capital markets technology
- Proficient in organizational, analytical, and client relationship management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to expand expertise
- Excellent communicator with proficiency in English and at least one regional language
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as SalesForce and Google Suite
