App & GTM Lead (Go-To-Market)
Responsibilities
ASO (App Store Optimisation) Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive ASO strategies to enhance global app visibility and ranking.
Utilize keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends for optimizing app metadata and search discoverability.
Implement localization strategies to optimize app content for diverse markets and languages.
GTM Planning and Execution:
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new app releases across different markets.
Collaborate with local teams and agencies to create targeted marketing content and campaigns.
Harness both organic and non-organic marketing channels for driving user acquisition and boosting app downloads.
User Acquisition Optimization:
Implement strategies for enhancing landing page conversions for user acquisition.
Analyze app store data and user feedback to refine user acquisition strategies continually.
Identify growth opportunities for user acquisition through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics related to ASO and user acquisition activities.
Generate regular reports for evaluating strategy effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
Stay informed about industry trends to remain competitive in the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in roles pertaining to user acquisition, digital marketing, or app marketing.
- Demonstrated success in boosting app rankings and driving user acquisition through ASO strategies.
- Proficiency in localization strategies and global market app content optimization.
- Strong knowledge of organic and non-organic digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Advanced analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Experience working collaboratively across different teams and with external agencies.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Hands-on leadership experience.
