Asset Operations Specialist - Web3 Wallet

Our Wallet Operations team is in search of an Operations Specialist to manage Asset Funds operations within Binance Wallet.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve set Key Performance Indicators.
• Support the team lead in establishing structured workflows, guidelines, and enhancing team productivity.
• Oversee all project stages, ensuring adherence to timelines and meeting project targets.
• Address and resolve wallet-related issues by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify business requirements and offer comprehensive solutions.
• Analyze user issues and propose effective solutions.
• Handle other miscellaneous tasks as required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Web3 and financial sectors.
• Profound knowledge of financial and blockchain trading, particularly in on-chain trading for emerging Web3 projects.
• Strong logical reasoning, communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility, drive, and strong work ethic.
