Our Wallet Operations team is in search of an Operations Specialist to manage Asset Funds operations within Binance Wallet.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve set Key Performance Indicators.
- Support the team lead in establishing structured workflows, guidelines, and enhancing team productivity.
- Oversee all project stages, ensuring adherence to timelines and meeting project targets.
- Address and resolve wallet-related issues by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify business requirements and offer comprehensive solutions.
- Analyze user issues and propose effective solutions.
- Handle other miscellaneous tasks as required.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Web3 and financial sectors.
- Profound knowledge of financial and blockchain trading, particularly in on-chain trading for emerging Web3 projects.
- Strong logical reasoning, communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, drive, and strong work ethic.
