We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Accounting Manager within the Global Accounts Payable department. As part of this role, you will utilize your strong accounting knowledge and extensive background to oversee crucial payment functions, manage intricate global treasury operations, and ensure regulatory compliance across various international entities.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth proficiency in Oracle and NetSuite, coupled with a proven history of optimizing workflows and automating routine payment and reconciliation tasks.
The key responsibilities include:
- Directing and reviewing global vendor invoices end-to-end to ensure accurate general ledger (GL) and cost-centre coding.
- Initiating, reviewing, and executing high-volume online payments for diverse global entities using different banking platforms.
- Managing complex multi-currency bank reconciliations and promptly resolving any payment exceptions.
- Monitoring daily cash positions and collaborating with treasury to ensure sufficient funding for global AP operations.
- Identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing automation solutions within Oracle/NetSuite to improve financial processes.
- Safeguarding data integrity to uphold transactional accounting accuracy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA (or equivalent) qualification preferable.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, specializing in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or Shared Services in a global setting.
- Proficiency in Oracle (Cloud or E-Business Suite) is essential.
- Advanced knowledge of global banking platforms, multi-currency transactions, and Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel.
