Key Responsibilities:
Assess the specific requirements and issues of potential issuers.
Guide issuers through the issuance process on our platform, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Enhance and update the issuer onboarding process and collateral materials.
Contribute to the platform’s marketing strategies to establish us as the preferred choice for efficient access to capital markets.
Collaborate across departments like Product, Finance, Legal, Biz Ops, and Technology.
Develop financial models to assess the benefits of listing on our platform.
Requirements:
Possess a degree in accounting, economics, business administration, statistics, or related fields.
Have 2 to 3 years of experience in Financial Advisory Services, investment banks, or similar areas.
Solid understanding of capital markets, including market structure, key players, and products, with knowledge of different financial institutions’ business models.
Demonstrate strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize based on business impact.
Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring complex modeling and analysis.
Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable interacting with senior management and experts from various organizations.
Experience in M&A or Capital Markets in China is a plus, though not mandatory.
