Who You Are:
As a results-driven digital marketing professional, you are enthusiastic about multi-channel strategies and the impact of digital advancements on the economy. Your forward-thinking approach allows you to implement engaging campaigns, customer journeys, and automation techniques effectively. With a strong understanding of inbound marketing within the sales funnel, you excel at converting and qualifying leads. Leveraging your expertise, you stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in pay-per-click ads and search engine optimization to optimize campaigns and drive marketing success.
What You’ll Do:
- Utilize your CRM expertise, particularly with Hubspot, to build and execute marketing campaigns and workflows
- Create engaging email campaigns, user journeys, and inbound workflows to enhance user experiences
- Develop and implement a robust SEO strategy to drive targeted organic traffic to online content
- Manage paid search, display, and re-marketing campaigns to generate leads and maximize ROI
- Continuously optimize PPC campaigns and enhance website performance and security
- Provide detailed monthly and quarterly reports, analyzing key performance indicators
- Collaborate with the Salesforce administrator and team to maintain data integrity for a reliable CRM source
- Develop and manage the annual digital marketing budget effectively
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Over 4 years of digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in email and paid marketing campaign management
- Experienced in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and PPC optimization tools
- Familiarity with HTML, PHP, CSS, and related standards
- High proficiency in HubSpot platform; expertise in Sales and Marketing Administration
- Knowledge of HubSpot/Salesforce integration
- Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external contributors
- Excellent time management and project prioritization abilities
Bonus Points:
- Experience with AI tools and digital marketing trends
- Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
- Copywriting skills tailored to different audiences
- Knowledge of JSON, JavaScript, and relational databases
- Familiarity with HubSpot's API
