In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate closely with various product teams to develop robust, high-performance backend services. Not only will you contribute to enhancing the current architecture, but you will also take part in designing and implementing a cloud platform that accelerates application development on Aptos. Your responsibilities will involve creating data APIs, low-latency high-throughput services for blockchain operations, an identity management system, and more.
This position is situated in our Palo Alto, CA office.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and reliable services to pave the way for millions of users to transition to Web3 and Aptos effectively.
- Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization and ecosystem to facilitate the scaling of their projects.
- Ensure the unwavering reliability and top-notch user experience of all externally facing technical components.
- Uphold high standards of software engineering practices in a prominent open-source project.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in industry experience showcasing proficiency in crafting high-quality code and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in a low-level programming language like Rust, C/C++.
- Experience in building backend systems and scaling high-throughput applications.
- Exposure to developing user-centric products.
- Familiarity with Python or Typescript.

Salary Range
The base salary for this position is between $150k and $250k annually.
