We are looking for a motivated individual to join our affiliate team for a 6-month term. This role involves managing a growing network of affiliates by working closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to maximize their promotional efforts. Collaborating with internal departments, you will provide affiliates with the necessary resources to attract more users to Binance. The ideal candidate should have a background in marketing or public relations, possess strong analytical skills, and excel in communication for both internal and external interactions. You will be expected to add significant value to Binance's affiliate network, surpassing competitors in attracting top affiliates.
Proficiency in using in-house tools is crucial for this role, requiring quick learning, collaboration with developers to improve systems and interfaces, resolving issues, and analyzing existing data comprehensively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in expanding the affiliate network by reaching out to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, and potential partners.
- Support in negotiating, onboarding, and documenting processes for new affiliates.
- Manage key affiliate accounts through ongoing communication and performance analysis.
- Contribute to designing and executing promotional campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Create and maintain reports using internal data for optimizing affiliate channel performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust affiliate strategies accordingly.
- Assist in fraud detection efforts by identifying potential scams or manipulations within the affiliate network.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in affiliate marketing and business development.
- Knowledge of the crypto space is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable liaising with media, influencers, or key partners.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required for coordinating with partners and stakeholders overseas. Additional languages are beneficial.
