We are looking for a focused and energetic individual to join our affiliate team with a key focus on overseeing the growing network of affiliates. This role involves collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance the success of their marketing efforts. The main responsibilities include working closely with internal departments to provide affiliates with the necessary resources and support to attract more users to our platform. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a background in marketing or public relations, and excellent communication abilities for both internal and external interactions. As our affiliate network continues to expand, expectations include delivering exceptional value through your efforts, aiming to outperform competitors in attracting top affiliates.
This position demands proficiency in utilizing internal tools, requiring quick adaptability and cooperation with developers to improve systems and interfaces, resolve issues, and conduct thorough analyses on existing data.
Responsibilities:
- Aid in expanding the affiliate network by reaching out to YouTubers, media sources, influencers, and potential partners
- Assist in negotiating, onboarding, and documenting processes for new affiliates
- Support key affiliate accounts by maintaining regular communications and analyzing their performance metrics
- Contribute to developing and implementing promotional campaigns to optimize return on investment (ROI)
- Create and maintain reports using internal data to enhance affiliate channel performance
- Monitor competitors' actions and contribute to adapting affiliate strategies accordingly
- Assist in detecting fraud by identifying potential scams or misconduct within the affiliate network
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Basic grasp or strong interest in affiliate marketing and business development
- Knowledge of the crypto industry is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with media, influencers, and key partners
- Possess a strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
- Fluency in English is mandatory due to coordination with international partners; additional languages are a plus
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting
