We are looking for a motivated individual to join our affiliate team, responsible for overseeing a growing network of affiliates. In this role, you will collaborate with key KOLs to enhance the impact of their promotional activities. A key part of your responsibilities will involve working with internal departments to provide affiliates with the necessary resources and support to attract more users to our platform. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, a background in marketing or public relations, and exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Given the scale of our affiliate network, you will be tasked with adding significant value through your efforts, striving to outperform competitors in attracting top affiliates.
Proficiency in utilizing internal tools is essential for this position, requiring the ability to quickly learn and work alongside developers to improve systems and interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and conduct thorough analyses of existing data.
Responsibilities:
- Aid in expanding the affiliate network by reaching out to YouTubers, media channels, influencers, and potential collaborators
- Assist in negotiations, onboarding, and documentation for new affiliates
- Manage key affiliate relationships by maintaining regular communication and analyzing performance metrics
- Contribute to designing and executing promotional campaigns focused on maximizing returns
- Generate and maintain reports utilizing internal data to optimize affiliate channel performance
- Stay abreast of competitor activities and adjust affiliate strategies accordingly
- Support fraud detection activities by identifying potential fraudulent activities within the affiliate network
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Basic understanding or keen interest in affiliate marketing and business development
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency space is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with media, influencers, and key partners
- Possesses a sharp analytical acumen with an eye for detail
- Fluency in English is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders, additional languages are a plus
