We are seeking a dynamic marketer who embodies strength of character, self-motivation, and a keen ability to comprehend intricate subjects to craft innovative and impactful content. An ideal candidate is well-versed in social media trends, deeply engaged with the cryptocurrency sphere, and passionate about contributing to Binance's mission. A versatile individual with a problem-solving mentality and adept at producing clear, concise, and engaging copy under tight deadlines.

The role requires a meticulous and disciplined worker proficient in German and English, unafraid of putting in the effort when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Manage community relations: Address queries, provide support on behalf of the core team, and engage with community members
• Handle content management: Assist in reviewing and publishing various Binance content formats, localize content for tailored campaigns, and create landing pages
• Support marketing campaigns: Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives like token airdrops, AMA's, and giveaways
• Engagement with influencers: Contribute to nurturing the KOL program and collaborating with partners
• Track and analyze user activation metrics
• Cultivate Binance's brand presence through creative, engaging, and educational endeavors

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a respected University program, preferably in Marketing/Communication
• Prior experience in community management or related roles, featuring strong retail communication skills, particularly on platforms like Telegram, TikTok, and Instagram
• Deep-seated enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency industry
• Agile learner with a strong work ethic, adaptable to fast-paced environments and tight deadlines
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented individual
• Demonstrated initiative through past experiences or personal projects
• Proficiency in Binance's products, blockchain terminology, and industry trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at word processing and spreadsheet tools
• Fluent in both German and English, considered mandatory for this position
